We’re looking for a hard working, friendly and professional person to provide support to our administration and office team in Wellington and to undertake the following key duties
• General admin duties; data entry, banking, filing and documentation management
• Inventory support: ensuring the accurate and timely recording, monitoring and reporting of inventory movements, stock levels and variances
• Site compliance support: ensuring all sites are following standard operating procedures and meeting their compliance obligations for Food Safety and Health and Safety.
• General duties as required to support the team
What You Will Bring:

Highly motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a ‘can do attitude’, you will enjoy the varied worked offered and the chance to be part of a tight knit team.
You will pride yourself on being reliable, flexible and loyal and be able to demonstrate your ability to think on your feet and apply new learnings and skills effectively and efficiently. You must be computer literate and ideally have previous office based or customer service experience.
