Our Fin-Fish division has been in operation for over 30 years. Our people are committed to ensuring we have in place the best in class processes and systems throughout our operations to safeguard the quality of our fish, right from the time of catch until it reaches you and that the highest standards of food safety can be guaranteed.
As an integral member of the Sales and Accounts team, you will be responsible for managing the end to end export documentation process for the Fin-Fish division. Working cooperatively with administration and finance teams as well as building respected and credible relationships with external stakeholders such as the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Primary Industries and NZ Customs will be critical to your success.
This is a newly created role designed to have a dedicated resource to focus on ensuring the effective and efficient management of all processes and tasks associated with export and freight documentation. This includes ensuring that robust practices and governance is in place to manage statutory and regulatory obligations, health and safety commitments and assisting with audit requirements for internal and external parties.

As an experienced export documentation specialist you will be known for you attention to detail, ability to think on your feet, resolve issues and manage last minute changes effortlessly. Highly organized and proactive you will thrive on managing conflicting priorities and deadlines and enjoy being in a role where you can add value.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a background in the freight forwarding industry, with excellent experience in Sea-freight and Air-freight export documentation. You will hold a valid New Zealand Customs Pin and it would be advantageous if you have Prodoc and/or Navision systems skills.
