Right from the time of catch, up until the time of dispatch, we have processes and systems in place to ensure our premium fish remain in prime condition until it reaches you.

In operation for over 30 years, all of our sites operate under a registered risk management plan which is based on HACCP principles and to the highest standard of food safety compliance as certified by New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries.

consists of contract fishers; mainly small family owned businesses that have been harvesting seafood for generations. These people truly care about the longevity of the fisheries resource, a unique perspective that allows them to transfer their hard earned fisheries knowledge to future generations.
