Fish are landed in wharves around the North Island and then delivered to Moana by one of our three truck drivers, like Ralph.

At Moana, your fish was carefully filleted by a member of our team of 12 master filleters, like Ken. At Moana, we're committed to looking after our staff. As such, we're committed to paying fair wages to staff.
From Moana to you
Ika is sent off in different formats, fresh and frozen, whole and filleted, to places all around the world. With our packaged fish, we like to trial new types of packaging like PLANTIC which are lighter on the environment. With our commitment to kaitiakitanga, we're always willing to try new, better ways of doing things.
